Privacy notice

Your data should never be a mystery.

This notice explains what Banking Decoded collects, why it is used, which services process it, and how to make a privacy request.

Who is responsible

Banking Decoded is operated by Gani Aderibigbe. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to hubibcareer@gmail.com.

Information you choose to provide

Newsletter forms collect an email address. The contact form collects a first name, last name, email address, topic, and message. These details are used only to respond to the request or deliver the subscription the visitor asked for.

Form processing

Forms are processed through Netlify Forms. Submissions may be stored and routed through Netlify’s systems and may also be delivered by email so the request can be handled. Do not submit confidential banking, immigration, tax, identity, account, or employment records through the forms.

Analytics

Google Analytics is optional. It is not loaded unless “Allow analytics” is selected in the privacy prompt. When allowed, it helps measure page and tool usage. Advertising signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled in the site configuration. Declining analytics does not restrict access to any content or tool.

Storage on your device

The site stores the analytics choice in local storage so the prompt is not repeatedly shown. If analytics is allowed, Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers under Google’s own terms.

Retention and sharing

Personal information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to manage the subscription, respond to the message, meet operational obligations, or resolve a request. It is not sold. It is shared only with service providers needed to operate the site and forms, or when legally required.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your email address, or unsubscribe from future messages. Applicable rights vary by location. Requests can be sent to the contact email above.

External links

Articles and tools may link to government, social-media, or other external websites. Those websites control their own privacy practices.
